I'm sorry for the frustration. There  was a problem with one of our disks that was causing these errors intermittently. We believe the problem should be resolved.

Some of you will be receiving an e-mail from PayPal, notifying you that your subscription with Libsyn has been canceled.  This is most likely a result of the billing account updates we are asking everyone to complete.  When you update your billing info with us, we create a new subscription for you, and cancel your old one (so you don't get double billed).  Two points on that:

1) After you complete the billing update, it doesn't hurt to cancel your old subscription yourself.  Old subscriptions will have a subscription id like S-XXXXXXX (as opposed to new subscriptions with an id like I-XXXXXXX).  If you don't cancel it yourself, we will be cancelling old subscriptions in batches each day.  If you believe you have been double billed, please get in touch with support and they will get it sorted out.

2) If you're not sure whether the cancelation notice was due to the billing update or not, you can verify that your account has been updated and is active by logging in at libsyn.com, clicking the "Account" tab, and verifying that your subscription ID begins with an I, like "I-XXXXXXX".

A few users began to report low-than-normal stats yesterday afternoon (May 6th). We did some investigating into this issue and realized that there were some hardware issues causing stats to not get relayed to the display.
We've remedied these issues and are in the process of rolling back to before the hardware failed and will be restoring these stats to affected users over the next day.
During this time period stats may appear to not be working, when in reality they are just a day or so behind and will be catching up to the moment that the rollback is complete.

5/06/09 2:30pm EST - The uploading problem has been resolved -- the issue was caused by one of our service providers.  Our developers were quickly able to communicate with the service provider in order to resolve the issue.  If any users notice issues when accessing media files uploaded to Libsyn earlier today, please email support@libsyn.com.

Monday 5/04/09 12:00pm EST - A few Libsyn users have reported that media files uploaded over the past 48 hours are unavailable for download.  If you notice any issues with your recently uploaded media files, please email support@libsyn.com with the name of any unavailable file, and we will work to restore the files.  New uploads are working correctly-- we apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
