After receiving some reports of trouble with the iTunes store, we reached out to the iTunes team and learned that the iTunes store and some related services are having some outage issues this morning. This may result in the iTunes store stating the store is unavailable during subscriptions or other ‘clicks’ inside the store.
Some of our users have also reported issues with artwork sporadically not appearing, which we believe to be related.
As we learn more or discover the issue to be resolved, we will update this post. In the meantime, please know that iTunes is aware and working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
