Upload issues / 500 internal server error on new files

Over the weekend several users occasionally experienced and issue posting new files. You may have seen the following error:

* There was a problem adding ___file___ to the Libsyn Network. (false) Our team has been notified of this problem and will notify you if we need additional info to fix it.

If you were seeing that message, you can login and reupload now without any problems.

Even if you were not seeing that message, when you attempted to download new files, you may have been getting a 500 Internal Server Error message from time to time. That issue was also fixed yesterday.

Both issues were intermittent and it took a few days longer to track down with the holiday and everyone traveling. We were also slow to update this blog with the issue. Please accept our apologies.
