Sat, 16 May 2009 Some of you will be receiving an e-mail from PayPal, notifying you that your subscription with Libsyn has been canceled. This is most likely a result of the billing account updates we are asking everyone to complete. When you update your billing info with us, we create a new subscription for you, and cancel your old one (so you don't get double billed). Two points on that: 1) After you complete the billing update, it doesn't hurt to cancel your old subscription yourself. Old subscriptions will have a subscription id like S-XXXXXXX (as opposed to new subscriptions with an id like I-XXXXXXX). If you don't cancel it yourself, we will be cancelling old subscriptions in batches each day. If you believe you have been double billed, please get in touch with support and they will get it sorted out. 2) If you're not sure whether the cancelation notice was due to the billing update or not, you can verify that your account has been updated and is active by logging in at libsyn.com, clicking the "Account" tab, and verifying that your subscription ID begins with an I, like "I-XXXXXXX". As always, if you have any questions or need further assistance, you can contact us at support@libsyn.com. Category: general -- posted at: 12:01 PM Comments[0] |
