When you upload your files to libsyn.com, either via the web interface or through FTP, they are then accessibly at http://libsyn.com/media/support. Simply point your enclosure url to that path and the name of the media file you uploaded. For the full syntax of what you need to include, click on the media files tab. Then click on the name of a file you uploaded. You will see the validated RSS 2.0 complient code that you can then copy and paste into your own feed.
