Sat, 17 January 2009 We have received (and been able to confirm) reports of downloads not working properly for some files. The symptoms are file downloads timing out or producing a "503 Service Unavailable" error. This is an issue with our content-delivery network provider and we are working with them to get the issues resolved as quickly as possible.

Mon, 12 January 2009 Several user are reporting that they are unable to download their files. This may be due to the same issue that caused the outage late last night.
