We have opened a ticket with them about this issue and will keep this Support blog posted with updates. This is due to a hardware issue. We are working on getting this issue resolved and will have stats up and running again as soon as possible. There should be no loss of data, its only the machine that delivers the data that has been paused. Please contact support@libsyn.com if you have any questions.
