We’ll be performing some hardware maintenance and software upgrades on the Libsyn Helpdesk system on August 31st. We’re setting aside a two-hour time window to complete this work – beginning at 10AM and ending at noon (EST). During this window the Libsyn Helpdesk system will be unavailable (both the ticket system and the knowledgebase). Any e-mails sent into the support addresses during this time will get picked up by the ticket system when the work is completed.

Update – August 31 – 10 AM EST: We’ve started doing our work on the helpdesk system.

Update – August 31 – 11:55 AM EST: The work on the helpdesk system has been completed successfully. Any e-mails sent into support will be processed now.
