We have rolled out a new FTP service to replace the old FTP that all Libsyn customers can use to upload content. The new FTP requires that you set a FTP specific password within your Libsyn account. This process is covered in depth in our KB article Uploading using FTP.

In addition to needing a specific password, the new FTP also adds support for FTPS (FTP over TLS) which allows for secure transfers. FTPS can be used on either port 21 or 990. The new FTP does require using a different hostname to connect to.
