We have received reports from some producers that episodes published to their RSS feeds were available to subscribers, but not available on the iTunes store (even if subsequent posts were fully available). This appears to affect a small number of producers who published content on or around November 10th.
iTunes has confirmed this as a known issue with feeds from multiple providers, their engineers are working on a resolution. There currently is no ETA on resolution from their team.
If your show is otherwise working fine but you have found that an episode published around that time frame is missing from the iTunes store, please contact our support team at email@example.com.
