How do I update, change, or cancel my subscription?
Start by going to http://my.libsyn.com and log into your MyLibsyn account. You will be taken to your MyLibsyn dashboard which will show the subscriptions your account currently has, as well as a list of all the shows you could subscribe to.
Above, you will see an active subscription. The system will show you what subscription you currently have and when you will be billed again. You can also hit the “Go to” button to go to that show page and access your premium content, or you can hit Change Subscription to edit all parts of your subscription.
To cancel your subscription, hit the red cancel subscription button. You will be asked to confirm your cancellation, hit yes.
Your cancellation will be confirmed with a message telling you when the subscription will finish out. Further action at this point isn’t necessary, your subscription will close out on the date noted in the dashboard.
Note: When you cancel, the subscription will stay active for the period which you have already paid for, and then fully close out.
Update Card Information
This page will let you update your card information if you wish. When editing your subscription, hit the Update my Credit Card button.
You can also access editing your payment information by hitting Update Credit Card from your main menu:

Change Subscription Duration
That’s hit, the system will confirm your changes immediately.
Note: If, using this example, you currently have a monthly subscription then you will be billed monthly and your subscription automatically renew monthly. If you change to a six month subscription, then your existing monthly subscription will finish out the term which was paid for – only then will the six month subscription become active and you will be charged for the six month subscription at that time.
The subscription, regardless of upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations, will always run the course already paid before the next change is put into action.
How do I change my Password?
If you are not logged in and have lost your password, you can request a new password by going here:https://my.libsyn.com/password/reset
You can also contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are logged in and simply want to update your existing password, then click on the Change Password link in the menu along the top of your screen.
The next page will ask for your current password and then your new password. Remember, your password must be at least eight characters, contain at least one upper case letter, and at least one number.
Make sure to hit the button. The new password will be active immediately.
