Libsyn provides two statistics packages, the Basic package and the Advanced package. The basic package is available for the $7 and $15 level accounts. Stats can be accessed by clicking on the button in your main menu.
Selecting the Date Range
Right at the top of the page is the option to set the date range you want to view, the amount of unique downloads in that date range, and the total number of unique downloads for the show.
Clicking on the calendar icon will allow you to select the date range of data you wish to view.
Note: If your show was created prior to November 1st, 2017, please note that the stats system will only display data from November 1st, 2017 going forward. This is due to changes in stats calculations outlined here.
Overall Unique Download Counts
The star references the percentage of total unique downloads. In this example, the date range selected includes 11.8% of all the unique downloads received.
Note: For shows who opened prior to November 1st, 2017, a blue clock icon will appear as shown above. Clicking on that will provide you with your legacy download count, your unique download count, and a combined total.
Downloads by Day
Hovering your mouse over each handle (dot) on the line will give you the download count for that day. Clicking on a handle will open up a list of the episodes downloaded on that day, and how many unique downloads that episode received on that day.
To view episode level stats, use the menu on the left hand side.
You will be presented with a list of your available episodes which you can select from.
